Automotive B-pillar fatigue testing machineStructural function:
This test bench adopts a single unit design, and two sets of specimens are tested separately. By testing the gripper; Force sensor; Composed of position sensors and action cylinders.
3、 Working process:
Fix the B-pillar test sample on the test bench with a sample holder, and use a cylinder to drive the fixture connected to the sensor to push the sliding plate up and down. At the same time, the air clamp drives another sensor to complete the clamping experiment. The sliding stroke of the skateboard is adjusted and controlled by a position sensor, and the test speed is controlled by a speed regulating valve. During this test, it is 8 times per minute. Each repetition is a counting cycle, and the measurement of driving force can be completed simultaneously during the experiment The test process is divided into three stages. In stage *, the up and down reciprocating motion is carried out 2000 times at room temperature, and the driving force value is recorded for each time. In stage 2, the reciprocating motion is carried out 1000 times at+70 ℃ environment (i.e. 2001-3000 times), and the driving force is recorded for each time. In stage 3, the reciprocating motion is carried out 1000 times at -20 ℃ environment (i.e. 3001-4000 times), and the driving force is recorded for each time. The sliding force during all test processes must be less than 10N or 36N to meet this requirement, otherwise it is a qualified product
